Chateau Pensmore, Missouri is a chateau-style mansion with green energy credentials near Highlandville. The 72,000 sq ft property, designed to withstand earthquakes, bomb blasts and tornadoes, is the private residence of successful entrepreneur, former CIA employee and now philanthropist, Steven T. Huff.
As per the interview he gave to the Kansas City Star in the video above, in addition to serving as a family home, the chateau will be the de facto headquarters of his family foundation.
