Castle Waterford is a wedding and events venue in Royse City, Texas. Located 40 minutes from Dallas and described as a 'replica Irish castle', the lakefront estate can host up to '160 people and is ideal for theme weddings, anniversary parties and birthdays, holiday parties, marriage proposals, rehearsal dinners, and corporate functions'.
In addition to its castle-like architecture and lakefront setting, the castle (which also serves as a private residence for the owners) is home to pedigreed llamas. An unlikely addition to an American castle but a unique way to make your wedding a particularly memorable occasion for everyone involved.
