Ruby Falls Castle, Chattanooga, Tennessee forms part of the Ruby Falls tourist attraction – comprised of an underground cave system, Lookout Mountain Tower, zip lines and a gift shop. Built in 1929, the castle was designed to resemble a 15th-century castle and was constructed from limestone excavated during the digging of the elevator shaft for the caverns.
Spectacular views of the Cumberland Plateau and Tennessee Valley can be enjoyed from the castle and the various viewing points at the attraction.
